Our 95-strong team of operators is now complete! This milestone was celebrated during with the entire team early November.
Wendy Peeraer, Mirte Jammaers, and Davina De Block from the selection team reflect: “The selection process kicked off in 2023, and we quickly realized that this once-in-a-lifetime project had enormous appeal for operators who wanted to experience a full commissioning and start-up cycle. During the recruitment process, we worked closely with the operations team. Plus, we got 13 candidates through the referral program, where our own employees can nominate candidates. We have also been able to recruit two female operators, which we are really proud of. We look forward to seeing how the operations team will develop as the project evolves!”
