If, due to our activities, you are worried or experience inconvenience, you can report it to us in this way. Every complaint will be investigated carefully and dealt with appropriately.
Every complaint is registered, investigated and responded to according to the severity and complexity of the issue. When INEOS receives a complaint, the submitter will receive an acknowledgment and the relevant department will be asked to investigate and propose suitable actions.
